Together We Rise is a national recovery program by the Blue Mahoe Charitable Foundation, uniting Jamaicans at home and abroad to transform crisis into opportunity. When Hurricane Melissa devastated our island, we knew recovery meant more than repairs. It meant restoring dignity, empowering entrepreneurs, and building resilience that lasts generations.
