ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
A THREE-PHASED VISION FOR HOPE GARDENS
Our campaign is guided by a bold, transparent three-phase plan — built to stabilize, strengthen, and grow Hope Gardens into a world-class, self-sustaining national landmark.
SAVE HOPE GARDENS - STABILIZE OPERATIONS| PHASE 1
The Gardens currently face an annual funding gap of approximately USD $550,000. Phase 1 is about closing that gap, securing stable operations, and laying the foundation of donor trust that makes everything else possible.
SUPPORT HOPE GARDENS-IMPROVE INFRASTRUCTURE AND EXPERIENCE | PHASE 2
Phase 2 targets approximately USD $1 million to upgrade roads, pathways, and visitor facilities — creating an experience worthy of Jamaica’s most beloved green space and welcoming more visitors than ever before.
BUILD HOPE GARDENS-LONG TERM | PHASE 3
Phase 3 raises approximately USD $2 million for transformative capital projects — a natural events pavilion, expanded plant nurseries, orchid houses, and enhanced walking trails — building the revenue streams that will sustain Hope Gardens for generations.

Our Fiscal Sponsorship Partnership
The Blue Mahoe Charitable Foundation serves as fiscal sponsor for this campaign. As a registered US 501(c)(3), BMCF collects and manages all donations, provides full financial oversight, and remits funds directly to Hope Gardens — with 95 cents of every dollar going where it matters most.
